Do I have to have a blog or website to leave a comment?
No, you certainly don't! If you would like to leave comments on occasion but don't have your own blog or website, just select the "name" option in the comment box and type in your name (or a nick name). Leave the URL field blank!
Some commenters choose to set up a profile through Blogger without bothering with a blog. Click here for more details on how to do that.
Can I comment anonymously?
Yes... as long as you're not doing so to avoid claiming your words! I prefer that commenters do include their name (or a nick name) in their comment, even if they choose the "anonymous" option, but it isn't "required". :o)
Comment Policy
Please do not use your comments as a vehicle of advertisement.
I have received quite a few "comments" that were nothing more than a sales pitch. I moderate all comments and these comments are generally rejected. (Check out our advertising page if you're interested in advertising on Homemaker's Cottage website or blog.)
That being said, please don't hesitate to leave a link to your blog or website if you have one- I love checking out your links! I'm certainly not opposed to finding new sites or blogs via comments.
Please keep your comments cordial and family friendly.
